… the home of Shaman, Bliss and "Ammo". They are Entlebucher Sennenhunds, also known as Swiss Cattle Dogs or Swiss Mountain Dogs. The breed originated in Switzerland as working farm dogs.
Shaman's registered name is Adlerherzen, German for eagleheart, for the markings on her chest that resemble a bird in flight. We thought that would make a great name for our kennel. Eagleheart Entlebuchers is located in Oregon on a farm with livestock and cats and plenty of room to roam. All are treated with kindness and respect, and get spoiled with the best food and lots of love. Our dogs and cats live indoors and are our constant companions. Shaman, Bliss and Ammo are our best friends. We have been told that we have the most well-mannered and spoiled dogs!
